THE Core Team

Ari Nikula

An entrepreneurial hybrid professional, music producer, creative director, multimedia artist and jack-of-all-trades problem solver.
Co-founded game development studio Nutfarm, co-founded web design studio Outokone, worked as producer and COO in Digital Nature.
Has toured the world as a drummer for a rock band. Has designed furniture out of industrial waste.

Jugi Kaartinen

Experienced and multidisciplinary entrepreneur, creative producer, art director, interaction- and concept designer. He has been designing, developing and managing digital media products and services professionally for over 25 years. Strong knowledge in gaming related technologies.
Holds Masters degree in new media from Aalto School of Art and Design.

Olli Berg

15 years experience in games and digital media. Previously CTO and Lead 3d Artist in a game development studio Nutfarm, web/mobile studio Outokone and Digital Entertainment company Digital Nature.
He has worked on projects ranging from car share software to meeting room tech as well in the educational sector, besides games and gamification.

Tommi Väisänen

4 years experience in game development. Strong background in experimenting with depth, movement and voice sensor technologies. Artificial Intelligence enthusiast.
Holds bachelor's degree in engineering and information technology.

Hideyuki Shima

Seasoned composer and event producer with over 25 years of experience in producing various events like Desucon, Finland’s finest Japanese pop culture event.
Has composed multiple soundtracks for games and TV series. Worked on various genres including jazz, rock, electric, classical, folk, and cinematic. His best-known works include the anime series 'pet'. He is also the president of Studio Saari, a company set up the bridge between Finland and Japan.
